These Terms govern your use of KioBill ("we", "us"), a billing and invoicing app. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and legally able to enter a contract under Indian law. KioBill is meant for business use.
2. Plans & Payments
Starter is free with limited invoices; Growth is a paid plan billed periodically. All payments are processed securely via our partner Razorpay. Prices are in โน and may change with notice.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the billing cycle. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. Email us for refund requests.
4. Your Responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of invoices and GST details you generate, and agree not to misuse the Service for spam or fraud.
5. Intellectual Property
All KioBill branding, design, and software are our property and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
6. Liability
The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including errors in invoices based on information you provided.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts of India having exclusive jurisdiction.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

Name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, business details, and invoice data you enter. For paid plans, payment is handled by our partner Razorpay โ we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves.
2. How We Use It
To run your account, generate invoices and GST documents, process payments, and send service-related updates.
3. Sharing
We don't sell your data. Information is shared only with Razorpay (for payments) and service providers who help us run KioBill, or if required by law.
4. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your data, though no system is 100% secure.
5. Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing us below.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; changes will appear on this page.
